Why your gift matters

Every gift moves us toward a more connectedFront Range.

This work is a living thing. It puts down roots in a specific place, and it grows from there.

Your gift funds the programs, the community-decided grant rounds, and the shared work that make a healthy Front Range possible. Every dollar moves us toward a more resilient, more connected region — through public teach-ins that build shared understanding, Solidarity Suppers that deepen relationships, neighborhood preparedness programs that build real readiness, and community grant rounds that put resources directly into the hands of the people already doing the most vital work.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your gift is tax-deductible. And more importantly, it goes to a place learning, again, how to take care of itself.

Where it goes — 08.1 —

★ How your dollar flows

Every dollar follows a clear path.

  1. 01 First

    Running SPIRIT

Salaries, operations, and legal compliance — what it takes to keep the nonprofit running so the rest of this work can happen.

  2. 02 Then

    Paying Common Stewards

Fair pay for the people doing the day-to-day work of the Front Range Commons.

  3. 03 Then

    The community grant pool

Funds going directly to local projects across the Front Range — with the projects chosen by the people who live here.

A watershed isn't something you can leave. A wildfire isn't something you can opt out of. We are in this together — the only question is whether we build the relationships and the tools to do it well.
